This workshop will focus on elements of communication that can minimize misunderstandings and encourage individuals to speak truth with respect and confidence, and will include written formats like email, as well as challenging conversations at work and at home. We will also discuss the importance of living in a healthy balance of stress and recovery so that we can lead well and have conversations that result in action and understanding.
